Unconditional 100% Satisfaction
We expect our customers to be 100% thrilled with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 90 days you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll provide you with a free return shipping label to ship it back to us. While we do want to make the return process as easy for our customers as possible, we unfortunately do not offer free return shipping labels for orders outside the contiguous United States. Customers outside of the contiguous United States will have to cover any return shipping expenses.
Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at 1-301-725-1341 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make it right! If a product is found to be defective, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.
Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges
If merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition in its original packaging within 90 days of purchase, a credit for the item will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. Returns we receive that have been damaged due to inadequate packaging on the customer's end will be limited to a store credit.
