Defence Dot Technology

With our defence dot technology, it's possible to throw curve shots, flop shots, and stick shots with precision without damaging the bags. The highly concentrated rubber sticky dots are designed to grip the board's straight edges making it less prone to slipping off the sides or ends of the board and friendly to blocking the hole.

Speed Differential.

The Competition Series corn hole bags fall within the speed range of 3 to 7 on the speed scale. The smooth side is rated at 7, while the slow side is rated at 3. By introducing Defence Dots that increase friction, these bags can decelerate quickly, resulting in the most significant speed variation compared to other Play Platoon collection bags.

Shipping

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground Delivery or a combination of these services. For in-stock items delivered within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your order within the estimated time frames (listed as Business Days) defined below. If your order contains multiple items, it may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different dates. For out of stock items, we will notify you within a week if we cannot ship your item. You will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you once your order is shipped.

Some items are available to ship using our new free 2 Day Shipping method. These items ship directly from our warehouse and should arrive within 2 days of processing the order. Processing can take an additional 1-3 days. If the item you purchased is available for this service, you will see the shipping method on checkout

Due to differences in shipping methods from our distribution centers, we may be unable to deliver packages to a PO BOX. Please provide a physical address as well as your PO Box. We do not ship to APO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Returns

Unconditional 100% Satisfaction
We expect our customers to be 100% thrilled with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 30 days you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll provide you with a free return shipping label to ship it back to us. While we do want to make the return process as easy for our customers as possible, we unfortunately do not offer free return shipping labels for orders outside the contiguous United States. Customers outside of the contiguous United States will have to cover any return shipping expenses.

Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at 1-301-725-1341 or email us at support@playplatoon.com so that we can make it right! If a product is found to be defective, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.

Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges
If merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, a credit for the item will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. Returns we receive that have been damaged due to inadequate packaging on the customer's end will be limited to a store credit.

Customers can initiate automated returns through their order confirmation email. If you are unsure of these instructions or are having difficulty, please reach out to us at 1-301-725-1341 and we will be happy to assist you with your return.

You may initiate a return in the following way:

Step 1 Open the order confirmation email.  

Step 2 Choose Order details to see the order details page in the online returns center.

Step 3 Choose the Return button on the order details page. Note: Customers only see this button after the order has been delivered.

Step 4 For multiple-quantity orders, select the quantity being returned. Single-quantity orders are automatically directed to the return details page.

Step 5 Enter additional information about the return, for example: return reason, on the return details page.

Step 6 Confirm the estimated refund amount and summary of return details to create the return. When the return has been created, you’ll receive a return confirmed email.

Step 7 In the return confirmed email, choose Print return label and attach the printed label to the packaged return.

Step 8 Drop the return off at the location of the carrier listed on the return label.
